I really enjoy the Norway flatbread but they are outrageously expensive..
How hard could it be to make crackers??
Here is the 2nd version I made ... will look around for the recipe for first batch...must be here ....
Gluten Free Crackers:
1 cup golden flaxseed
3/4 cup of hot water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup coconut flour(100%)
mix up and flatten on cookie sheet, i used my fork to spread and flatten to 1/8-1/4 inch tall
sprinkle on top
1/4 cup of sesame seeds,
1/4 cup of pumpkin
1/4 cup sunflower seeds(salted or not your call)
Cinnamon 1/4-1/2 teaspoon optional also
now smush down gently with back of measuring cup.
Salt and fresh ground pepper on top to taste!
Bake at 250 for 90 -120 minutes...
lets cool and store in airtight container...
